The toolkit is designed to provide:
- An Outcomes Plan "wizard" and data report forms for Mid-Year and Annual Reports
- Point-of-need instruction in outcome-based evaluation
- Instruction on data collection
- Tools for data analysis
- Guidance in reporting project progress
- Strategies for reporting project successes and results
This is a Florida Department of State website funded by a National Leadership Grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
